I recently became an X2 Performance Brand ambassador and I’m excited to share with my readers and fellow #Teamx2 bloggers my experiences with the product. While a lot of the other bloggers are runners, cross-fitters and triathalon runners, I think being both a ballet dancer and a runner makes me kind of unique. Although some people may see ballet as not as intense as some of these, it definitely can be. Add in the occasional run, and I’m a super active person throughout the week.
I’m not a huge supplement person–I take some basic vitamins to make sure I get the right amounts (a multivitamin and calcium vitamin-D vitamin) and occasionally drink some protein powder if I feel I haven’t gotten enough protein that week.
Supplements can be scary, but I was happy to learn that X2 Performance is NSF CERTIFIED for SPORT®, the widely recognized and coveted product quality certification. X2 works to support ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) production, the body’s essential unit of energy, to naturally increase energy, enhance endurance and improve recovery. I’m most looking forward to see if the product helps increase my energy and see if it helps aid in my recovery, especially since I seem to spend a lot of time recovering from sore muscles these days .
If you’re interested in trying X2 Performance, you can get a four bottle sample set for $5.95 (although you have to sign up for a membership, you can cancel at anytime). They’ll be a webcast this Saturday at 5pm EST with Dave Scott, an Iron Man Legend.
I’m looking forward to sharing how I find X2 Performance on the blog later this month!
